“While it appears I’m only capturing a fleeting moment in time, to me it’s really so much more,” says Daniel. “When I do a portrait, for example, I see a lifetime of stories and experiences embedded in the shadows and texture of a face. My goal as an artist is to discover that reality, and to share it.”
